India Dutch Financial Corridor (IDFC) and ICAI Netherlands Chapter together organised “India Symposium 2020” (8th edition) an annual flagship event which was held in virtual format with more than 1800 participants on December 10th, 2020. Theme of the event was Unlocking the Potential: Business Opportunities between India and EU. There were various imminent speakers who addressed the Symposium incl. Mayor of Mumbai, EU Ambassador to India, Indian Ambassador to EU, ICAI President, CEO of OYO Hotels – Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of LT Foods Europe amongst others.

India Symposium 2019

ASSOCHAM Europe together with Institute of Charter Accountants of India Netherlands Chapter (ICAI) organized the “India Symposium 2019” event on 14th May, 2019 at Aparthotel Adagio Amsterdam City South. This was the 7th edition of India Symposium. Co-organized with Amsterdam Inbusiness, Sun Pharma, Rotterdam Partners and Brabant Development Agency. The special focus of the event was on India Interim Finance Budget, India Growth story, and discussion on opportunities in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences between India and The Netherlands. It was attended by more than 130 persons at CEO/CFO level.

ASSOCHAM Europe organized together with ICAI the “India Symposium 2018” event on 3rd October, 2018 at World Trade Center in Amsterdam, which showcased the Current Developments of India and The Netherlands. This event was address by Mrs. Mrinalini Kaur Sapra, First Secretary, Trade & Commerce, Embassy of India. Dutch Budget Highlights was addressed by Jac Veeger, Partner, HVK Stevens. The special theme of event was Food and Agri Sector. There were various speakers from Food and Agri sector who discussed the opportunities in Food and Agri sector between India and The Netherlands.

ASSOCHAM Kick Off and India Symposium 2015

ASSOCHAM Netherlands in joint co-operation with City of Amsterdam and the Cobra Museum organized ASSOCHAM Kick Off and India Symposium on 2 December 2015. The theme of the event was “Make in India”. During the programme, ASSOCHAM Netherlands launched the book on “Make in India”. ASSOCHAM Netherlands was inaugurated by Mayor of Amsterdam, Mr Eberhard Van der Laan.
